GarageLog stores the vehicle, maintenance, modification, and fuel data you choose to enter solely to provide the service to you. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties.

3. No Marketing

Your personal information — including your name and email address — will not be used for marketing purposes. We will only contact you for account-related communications such as email verification or password reset requests.

4. Privacy

We collect only the data you explicitly provide. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. We do not use cookies beyond those required for session management.

5. Limitation of Liability

GarageLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, inaccuracies in calculated values (fuel economy, costs, etc.), or any decisions made on the basis of information stored in the application. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Accuracy of Calculations

Figures such as fuel economy, running costs, and service intervals are estimates derived from data you enter. They are intended as a personal reference only and should not be relied upon for professional, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use GarageLog lawfully and not to attempt to access other users' data.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner that could harm the service or other users.

9. Changes to These Terms
